NGTU has identified the issue, and will be deploying a fix tonight. The NGTU has used the enrola Staging servers to test, and everything is working as expected
We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.
We tested the initial solution from NGTU and unfortunately it didn't resolve the issue. Their technical team are now working on a new solution to rectify the problem.
We're continuing to liaise with the team there and will update once we know more.
Not Going to Uni has contacted us to say they're currently testing a fix to the posting problem that's happened with their new site launch.
If successful we should be able to post to NGTU by the end of the day.
Not Going to Uni has launched a new site today, and they're experiencing some technical difficulties on launch day. This means that Opportunities being posted to NGTU are currently failing.
The team at NGTU are working on a solution and will let us know when the system is operational again.
